We know about the importance of a healthy work-life balance.
We, therefore, offer a few structured activities every week. These include family dinners, skillshare sessions, birthday celebrations and Sunday BBQs. Every guest knows about them and can plan her or his schedule around them.
Besides these structural events, we organize hikes, beach days, bike tours or night outs during the weekend. Those Saturday activities are all free to join and a great way to get to know Albania better while being active.

Nomad Island is an old Villa from the 1920s, remodelled by a team of locals and designed to guarantee the best resting conditions for co-livers. It has all the typologies you need – we can host you in shared or private rooms private bathrooms, a studio, or a shared or private apartment.

Nomad Island Coliving is the first creative coliving space in Tirana, Albania, founded by a locally based team. Where is the Coliving located?
We are located northeast of central Skanderbeg square in Tirana. The Villa is situated in a quiet side street with no traffic. Shops and restaurants are found close by and the lively Pazari i Ri (Old Bazar) where you can find whatever you need, is just a 5-min walk away.
